FIELD: mechanical engineering; food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for slicing baked goods in small size dry bread production line. Proposed machine contains horizontal disk knife 10 whose drive shaft is fixed from cross displacement, rotary circle 5, carrying hopper for product with channels 8 open from below arranged in ring manner over path 11 being support for product. Path 11 is provided with cutout with edges 14, 15 under knife at one of its side from axle. Rotation of circle 5 in one direction by drive provides movement of channels 8 relative to knife. Machine is furnished with belt conveyor 17 to remove slices from cutting zone whose intake part 18 is located under cutout of support path 112. ^ EFFECT: no idle run of mechanism, possibility of changing of relative position of knife and channels of hopper, simplified design of device. ^ 2 cl, 4 dwg |
