Internal diameter of boost section corresponds to internal diameter of matrix, and puncheon diameter is less than diameter of boost section by minimum value that provides possibility of free-flying operation of puncheon in boost section and matrix. Length of opening in matrix is more than total length of puncheon and height of pressed material installed in matrix, and angle of matrix conical surface is not less than friction angle of materials, from which matrix and cartridge are manufactured. ^ EFFECT: provides pressures of impact molding that are higher than puncheon material strength. ^ 3 dwg
