FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with the technology for manufacturing canned food based upon by-products due to preparing all the recipe components: cutting, breading in wheat flour and frying liver in vegetable oil; cutting and frying garlic and shallot in vegetable oil; cutting and freezing parsley greens. The above-mentioned vegetables should be mixed with common salt, thyme, red sweet pepper, nutmeg, hot black pepper and laurel leaf. The mixture obtained, liver and vegetable oil should be packed at a certain ratio of the components taken. New canned food is of increased digestibility. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing. |
