FIELD: nuclear reactors; improvement of radiation situation at nuclear power stations. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes removal of 3He from nuclear-reactor heavy-water circuit. Water-dissolved helium-3 is extracted from D2O flow to boiling heavy-water layer, D2O is transformed into steam flow, separated from steam in rectification column, and removed from column dephlegmator together with enforcing gas, better nitrogen. ^ EFFECT: reduced dose rate on attending personnel. ^ 1 cl, 1 dwg |
