The procedure for making cake, comprises applying filling and prefabricated cake bases one above the other, in a rectangular or quadratic transport- and goods package, and closing the package after cooling of the fillings for sales. The upper filling is smoothened and is provided with an ornament. The cake base is produced in continuous process and is cut after baking. The transport- and the goods package with cake are brought into blister packing. A pre-punched transparent plastic plate is folded to the transport- and the goods package. An independent claim is included for a cake. |
