FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with applying heparin of average molecular weight ranged 10-11.5 kDa, mostly 10.5 kDa. The suggested heparin should be obtained due to controlled depolymerization of nonfractionated heparin and subsequent isolation with the methods of molecular filtration. It is indicated to manufacture medicinal preparation for preventing and treating thromboembolic processes and, in particular, for inhibiting blood clotting in case of extracorporal circulation.
