FIELD: transport engineering; wheels. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed vortex wheel disk consists of rim, spokes, central disk with seat hole and fastening holes. Rigid shaped spokes are made in form of blades uniformly twisted in length through 90° and secured so that near-axle part of spoke is orientated at angle of -45° to wheel plane and +45° in peripheral part on inner part of rim creating angle of incidence in flow variable in sign in center and at rim providing delivery of air to near-axle part from side of body and forcing out air to periphery from vehicle. Cross section of blade spoke has form close to rectangular. ^ EFFECT: improved ventilation of brake system, provision of cooling of hub bearing, decreased aerodynamic resistance of vehicle body. ^ 3 dwg |
