FIELD: mining industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for crushing and sizing of coal in mines, opencast colliery and stores. Proposed crusher has fixed housing, charging hatch, roll-type working member with chipping teeth and classifying screens. Chipping teeth are installed on shaft tangentially to its surface and are provided additionally with protective ribs. Classifying screens are installed in crusher housing as follows: one screen is installed over shaft at angle of 45-60° to vertical so that clearance between its lower edge and shaft is from 5 to 15 mm, and opposite screen is installed at angle of 30° to vertical, its lower edge being lowered under crusher shaft so that at rotation of shaft clearance between shaft and lower edge of screen is from 5 to 15 mm. ^ EFFECT: prevention of crushing of material in to too small size. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
