FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in turbomachines building in restoration of blades worn parts, in particular, ends of compressor blades. Every blade is preliminarily installed in master plate with orientation along its basic plane, and master plates are placed on the basis with assembly of blades set. Pads are attached to blade sides with fastening of neighbouring master plates pads and formation of single assembly. Cleaning of blade ends is carried out along line of repair section that is common for the whole blades set. Ends of blades are covered with common plate, which is used as filler during pad weld. Holder of every blade is arranged as master plate with seat for blade installation with the possibility of its orientation in respect to basic plane of master plate. Master plate is equipped with pressing jaws that are installed on it with the possibility of height adjustment. ^ EFFECT: increase of blades set repair quality. ^ 5 cl, 4 dwg
