FIELD: oil producing industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at increasing oil recovery from foundations in oil and gas wells equipped with deep-well sucker-rod pumps and devices for pumping out liquid and gas from well. Decompressor consists of cylinder with piston, valve unit, suction and delivery lines. Valve unit consists of two symmetrical parts in which valves are provided with adjuster of spring force proportional to load on valve caused by rarefaction built by piston of cylinder at suction and delivery stroke, respectively. ^ EFFECT: increased recovery of oil. ^ 6 dwg
