FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to holders for product, for instance, caramel, and it can be used in cosmetics, medicine and in methods of processing of polymeric materials by extrusion to form product holders. Proposed holder is made in form of hollow bar with cutout. According to proposed method, blank is cut intro holders and cutouts are made in holders simultaneously. At least one cross slot is made in bar wall, and cutout is arranged in slot. Length of slot along longitudinal axis of bar is not less than its size in cross direction relative to said axis. Moreover, at least one longitudinal chute can be made in bar wall from side of its outer surface. Steps and/or shears and/or notches can be made on end face of bar. Bar is made of food plastics and/or their compositions, and at least one color strip is applied to outer surface of bar. Bar is cut off, according to proposed method, along front end face and simultaneously slot is made in bar, then bar is shifted behind plane of cut and is cut along rear end face. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability of fixing of product, enlarged operating and consumer properties of holder, reduced cost of manufacture. ^ 25 cl, 8 dwg |
