摘要 FIELD: non-ferrous metallurgy; production of aluminum-silicon alloys, silumines, for example. ^ SUBSTANCE: used as burden is primary silumine, returns of sand-clay casting and returns of permanent-mold casting process at mass ratio of (1-1.6): (2.3-3.6) : (2-2.6). Part of burden containing primary silumine and returns of sand-clay casting process is molten and melt is overheated to temperature of 1000-1050°C, after which it is cooled down to temperature of 825-875°C due to introduction of first portion of returns of permanent-mold casting process in the amount of 60-70% of their mass; then remaining returns of permanent-mold casting process are charged for obtaining crystallization centers sufficient for grinding the structure. ^ EFFECT: enhanced mechanical properties of alloy; facilitated procedure due to production of alloy in one unit; avoidance of expensive modifiers. ^ 1 tbl, 1 ex
