FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with the technology for manufacturing canned food based upon by-products due to preparing all the recipe components: cutting, breading in wheat flour and frying liver in vegetable oil; cutting and frying garlic and brown onions in vegetable oil; cutting and freezing parsley greens. The above-mentioned vegetables should be mixed with common salt, thyme, red sweet pepper, nutmeg, hot black pepper and laurel leaf. The mixture obtained, liver and vegetable oil should be packed, sealed and sterilized. New canned food is of increased digestibility against analogous culinary dish. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing. |
