A mouth cleaning device is provided to make effective current flow into a human body, to achieve fluorine introducing effects for teeth and massaging effects for a gum. A mouth cleaning device includes a head portion, a handle portion, a booster circuit(3) and a current limiting circuit. The brush includes a brush and is inserted into a user's mouth. Electrodes(13) are installed on each of the head portion and the handle portion, and voltage is applied between two electrodes. The booster circuit boosts the output voltage of a battery which is the power, and applies the voltage between the electrodes. The current limiting circuit limits the current that passes from the electrode on one side, and passes the electrode on the other side after passing through a human body.
