IMMERSION LANCE FOR ANALYSIS OF MELTS AND LIQUIDS

An immersion lance for analysis of melts and liquids is provided to improve the measurement precision by disposing a measuring point on an inlet opening for melts such that melts are newly supplied to the measuring point all the time. An immersion sensor comprises an immersion carrier, which has an inlet opening(14) and is provided with a sample chamber(17). A sensing member is disposed on the sample chamber to measure liquid or molten material(10). The sensing member is directed toward a measuring point(18) designated in the sample chamber. The measuring point is disposed on the inlet opening. An analysis is performed on molten material introduced to the sample chamber. The measuring point is disposed on an analysis plate. The inlet opening includes an inlet tube.
