A control method of an air conditioner using geothermal power is provided to secure optimal efficiency of the air conditioner by comparing calculated overcooling and overheating degrees with predetermined values of the overcooling and overheating degrees set in a controller and controlling the air conditioner. A control method of an air conditioner using geothermal power at the time of heating comprises the steps of: calculating an overheating degree(S10); comparing the overheating degree calculated in the calculating step with a predetermined value inputted to a controller(S20); completing control when the calculated overheating degree is within a range of the predetermined value inputted to the controller in the comparing step(S50); controlling geothermal water amount supplied to the geothermal water heat exchanger when the calculated overheating degree is not within the range of the predetermined value inputted to the controller in the comparing step(S30); controlling heat exchanger fluid amount supplied to the geothermal water heat exchanger(S40); and repeating the calculating step calculating the overheating degree changed by the geothermal water amount control step and the heat exchanger fluid amount control step.
