A PHASE INFORMATION TRANSMITTER AND A PHASE IDENTIFY APPARATUS FOR INDISTRIBUTION LINE USING TELEPHONE NETWORK

A phase information transmitter and a phase distinguishing apparatus for high and low voltage distribution lines by using PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network) are provided to distinguish phases by using a wire and/or wireless telephone signal transmitted to an operator only, for the distribution lines positioned at the remote distance from a substation. A phase information transmitter(110) is composed of a reference phase waveform capturing unit(112) capturing a reference phase comprising three phases, from a substation(50) for 1 to 10 seconds; a filter unit removing noise in a signal captured in the reference phase waveform capturing unit; a reference clock generating unit(118) adding time information to the phase captured in the reference phase waveform capturing unit; an A/D(Analog To Digital) conversion unit(114) converting an analog signal captured in the reference phase waveform capturing unit and added with time information in the reference clock generating unit, into a digital signal; and a transmission telephone communication unit(116) transmitting an output signal of the A/D conversion unit through the wire or wireless telephone network.
