A heating board is provided to emit far infrared rays effectively by forming a plurality of cut parts on a profile casing, and to control height of the profile casing when the profile casing is constructed by mounting horizontality controlling devices at the corners of the profile casing. A filler(20) is filled in a profile casing(10). A heat pipe mounting groove(11) and a finishing material combining groove(12) are longitudinally formed on the profile casing. Heat pipes(30) are mounted in the heat pipe mounting grooves. The finishing material is combined with the finishing material combining groove. A combining projection(14) is formed at one side of the profile casing. A combining groove(15) is formed at the other side of the profile casing to correspond to each other. A plurality of cut parts(13) are longitudinally formed on the profile casing.
