<p>A rectifying circuit, a semiconductor device using the same, and an operating method thereof are provided to prevent the deterioration and the damage of the semiconductor device in a rectification circuit due to an over current without a limiter. A rectifying circuit(101) includes a plurality of the diodes(104,105) and a variable capacitor(103). The plurality of the diodes rectifies a variable capacitor and an inputted AC voltage. The capacitance of the variable capacitor is changed according to the amplitude of the AC voltage. The rectifying circuit has a first input terminal, a second inputting terminal, and a pair of outputting terminals(OUT1,OUT2). The variable capacitor and the first diode are sequentially connected between the first input terminal and the output terminal in series. The second diode and the first diode are sequentially connected between the second input terminal and the output terminals in series.</p> |
