The device has arms or handles (3) permitting to extend application field with respect to a vibrating plate, where the device allows creation and transmission of vibration to a part of a fitness apparatus. A motor (1) is placed below a console (2) for permitting to diffuse vibration generated by the motor on the arms or handles. Another motor is placed below a vibration platform (4) that generates vibration in a manner same as that of the motor. An independent claim is also included for a vibration isolation device.
