The gripper has a support (1) maintained by an effort stabilizer e.g. pantograph structure, and a mobile part (2) oriented with respect to the support. The mobile part receives and maintains a door, and has screw jacks (21, 22) for positioning the mobile part with respect to the support. The mobile part is integrated to the support by a double articulation (19) so as to be movable in rotation with respect to the support around distinct axes (X, Y).
