摘要 A method for calculating calibration errors by detector dark currents and a method for minimizing calibration errors using the same are provided to minimize the calibration errors caused by model errors, thereby selecting input luminance and exposure time necessary for linear gains and non-linear gains. Systematic errors caused by detector dark currents are calculated by using a radiation model error of an electron-optics camera. A radiation luminance estimation error caused by the radiation model error is calculated by a function 1. In the function 1, DN is an output digital signal of the electron-optics camera. T is exposure time. L is input radiation luminance of the electron-optics camera. An a is a linear gain of the electron-optics camera. A b is a non-linear gain of the electron-optics camera. O is an offset signal caused by the dark currents. F is a fixed offset signal. Alpha is a coupling signal between the input radiation luminance and the dark current offset. Beta is a non-linear dark current offset coefficient.
