DISASTER REMOTE CONTROL SYSTEM IN USE OF SONA SENSSOR

A disaster remote-monitoring and controlling system using a sound measuring unit is provided to monitor the surrounding situations of the correspondent region by controlling a photographing unit and a site control unit from the remote place. In a disaster remote-monitoring and controlling system, a sound measuring unit(110) detects sound generated when the rain dripping to a water collecting container of a rainfall measuring device bumps against the container. A sound signal analyzing unit(120) judges whether a scale signal measured by the sound measuring unit is abnormal or not, and judges regularity and continuity of an abnormal generation signal again. The sound signal analyzing unit transmits a message to a user if the signal is continued for the predetermined time or irregular, or an abnormal generation signal to a remote control unit and transmits an operation signal to a photographing unit(130). The photographing unit photographs an image by receiving an operation signal sent from the sound signal analyzing unit. An alarm generating unit(140) receives and transmits an alarm generating control signal through a site control unit(100) and informs escape situation. The site control unit receives an alarm generating signal by processing the abnormal generation signal received from the sound signal analyzing unit and transmitted to the remote control unit, and transmits the alarm generating control signal to the alarm generating unit. The site control unit sends a code signal and image data to the remote control unit by matching image data photographed by the photographing unit, to the code signal and communicates with the remote control unit in two ways. The remote control unit analyzes the abnormal generation signal transmitted from the site control unit, receives and analyzes the image data and code signal, and then transmits the alarm generating signal and a control signal of the photographing unit to the site control unit. The remote control unit automatically informs a supervisor or a user of the emergency state through a wire/wireless telephone.
