A well-fixed screw is provided to allow a user to perform fastening work to a structure with ease. A well-fixed screw is characterized in that mountains(100) and valleys(200) spirally wrapped around a shaft are not formed at an end portion(300) of the shaft. A tightening portion is formed in a cross or slot type at a head of the screw. A handle of a driver, which is adapted to the screw, is formed like hammer using steel and others of proper strength and weight.
