#CMT# #/CMT# The kiln (1) has a cooking chamber (2) with an opening (26) in a front face (3) closed by a door (4), where the chamber is surrounded by a case (5). A ventilation device (10) has a ventilation channel (12) channeling an air flow (F), where the channel is placed between the chamber and the case. The door has an inner glass (25) opposite to the opening of the chamber and an outer glass (21) positioned towards exterior of the kiln. The flow (F) has a passage section with a height that is constant on a blowing zone (73) of the channel and on an air deflection zone (72). #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Household kiln. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The air flow has the passage section with the height that is constant on the blowing zone of the channel and the air deflection zone, thus avoiding locking of the air in the ventilation device and in the door of the kiln and permitting improvement of the cooling of the door and the structure of the kiln in a simple and efficient manner. The air flow is channeled in a manner that the air flow does not enter in contact with handle of the door or all other decorative elements of the kiln, thus avoiding creation of turbulence at the level of air outlet of the ventilation channel, and hence improving the output of the ventilation device and minimizing the heating of the elements constituting the kiln and the door of the kiln, while permitting improvement of the reliability of the kiln and ensuring safety to the user by avoiding over heating of the component constituting the kiln. The kiln permits limitation of the temperature of the outer glass and the handle of the door so as to avoid the risk of injury to the user.
