The clamp has a flexible band comprising an attachment element to receive an end of a band for locking the clamp. The attachment element has an orifice traversed by the band and co-operating with a groove arranged on the band to adjust the locking of the clamp. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Fixation device for fabricating a spinal surgery operation device (claimed) for fettering operation of a bevel-shaped diaphyseal spiral fracture of a long bone such as thigh bone, tibia or humerus, at the level of a prosthesis e.g. hip or shoulder prosthesis, during orthopedic or vertebral surgery. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The clamp is made of biocompatible plastic material, so that the clamp ensures better resistance to weariness.
