#CMT# #/CMT# The rack (1) has two frames in which each frame is equipped with a suspension unit (7). The frames are connected by bars (5, 6), where the bars (5) delimit back of the rack, and the bar (6) is located in a different plane. The bar (6) forms an anti-fall support to receive pieces (9) to be cooked. A front surface is free from the bars and forms a surface for permitting frontal access to a support surface of the rack. The bars are formed by inoxidizable steel or cadmium plated wire. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Suspended rack for a cooking appliance e.g. deep roaster. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The front surface of the rack is free from bars, thus permitting easy cleaning, facilitating frontal loading and unloading operations, and improving visual access of the pieces to be cooked. The arrangement of the bars permits to place the pieces to be cooked inside the rack in a simple manner irrespective of the thickness of the pieces.
