摘要 A method of manufacturing mineral additives by pretreating deep sea water, subjecting obtained bittern to desalting and desulfurizing treatment and then mixing calcium, organic acids and the like is provided. The salt is rich in minerals and can be effectively used as mineral additives for food or feed. First, deep sea water from a depth of less than 200m is subjected to heating at 20 to 30de.C, electrostatic, magnetizing, infrared radiation and filtering treatment with a sand filter, micro filter and ultra filter to produce deep sea water with a fouling index of 2 to 4 which is subjected to nano filtering treatment and reverse osmosis filtering treatment to produce concentrated brine. Second, the concentrated brine is subjected to an evaporation concentration, electro-dialysis concentration and spray concentration to produce bittern. Third, the bittern is passed through a rectifier to produce desalted mineral which is passed through a rectifier to produce desulfurized mineral water. Fourth, animal bone, egg shell, clamshell and coral reef are calcined at 800 to 1,200deg.C for 2 to 3hr and ground to 300 to 400mesh. Fifth, the desulfurized mineral water is mixed with the calcium powder in a weight ratio of 2.0 to 6.0:1 of Ca/Mg, trehalose in a weight range of 0.01 to 5% and organic acid in a weight ratio of 10 to 500%, amino acid, aspartic acid, threonine and the like in a weight ratio of 0.0001 to 0.01% and agitated to produce organic mineral salt. Finally, the organic mineral salt is passed through a ceramic packed column and magnetizer to produce mineral additives.
