A method for manufacturing an acrylic board having a fabric cloth with luminescent patterns and the acrylic board produced by the same are provided to prevent the penetration of moisture or gaping and to restrain the acrylic board from being scratched or pressed during a molding process. In a method for manufacturing an acrylic board(4) having a fabric cloth(1) with luminescent patterns(2), the fabric cloth with luminescent patterns is put on the upper side of a lower glass panel. Melted acryl resin solution is applied from the upper side of the fabric cloth. An upper glass panel is formed on the upper side of the acryl resin solution before the acryl resin solution is hardened. A molding member is fitted to the rims of the upper and lower panel glasses to prevent the outflow of acryl resin solution. The acryl resin solution is hardened in the cooling water of low temperature while the upper and lower panel glasses come into contact with each other by using pincers. The pincers, moldings, and the upper and lower panel glasses are removed while the acryl resin solution is hardened, and then the acryl board is heated in a deformable state and fixed in a mold. The acryl board is deformed and hardened according to the shape of the mold by ejecting the air of high pressure from the front side of the mold. The luminescent pattern is formed on one or both surfaces of the fabric cloth. Or, the fabric cloths having the luminescent pattern are overlapped in double folds while exposing the luminescent pattern to the outer side. The acryl board completed by the mold is molded in the shape of one of a hairpin and a lighting cover according to the shape of the mold. |
