An engine mounting apparatus is provided to prevent an isolator from being broken by causing a third bracket to collide with a second bracket when impact is applied to an engine from a vehicle body. An engine mounting apparatus comprises a first bracket(305), a rod, an isolator(309), a panel(303), a second bracket(301), a connection member(203), a fixing member(307), and a third member(310). The first bracket supports the engine. The rod is connected to the first bracket. The isolator supports the engine and is installed to the rod to cut off vibration transmitted from the engine. The panel is located at the lower part of the isolator to support the isolator. The second bracket is connected to the panel and located at the top of the isolator to support the isolator. The connection member is connected to a vehicle body and the rod to support the engine. The fixing member is attached to the rod to cause the rod to be fixed to the isolator. The third bracket is located between the rod and the fixing member. The isolator is made of rubber. The first bracket is a support bracket. The second bracket is a rubber housing bracket. The third bracket is a stay bracket.
