摘要 A remote of a digital optical repeater is provided to allow a control to analyze the intensity of a signal input to a power amplifier from the controller, acquire synchronization of the signal, and control a switch, thereby more simply obtaining synchronization. A digital/optical converter(221) converts an input optical signal into a digital signal and outputs the digital signal to a terminal(downlink), and converts an input digital signal into an optical signal and outputs the optical signal to a donor(uplink). A power amplifier module(222) processes a digital signal downlink-output from the digital/optical converter(221), converts the digital signal into an RF signal, amplifies the RF signal, and then outputs the RF signal in a downlink. A signal downlink converter(223) converts an RF signal transmitted from the terminal into an IF (intermediate frequency) signal and then outputs the IF signal in an uplink. A switch connects an RF signal downlink-output from the power amplifier module(222) to a downlink output path, or connects an RF signal transmitted from the terminal to an uplink output path by uplink-outputting the RF signal to the signal downlink converter(223). The power amplifier module(222) includes a digital delay module(21), a signal uplink converter(22), and a power amplifier. The digital delay module(21) delays a downlink-output digital signal and converts the downlink-output digital signal into an IF signal to be downlink-output, and converts an IF signal into a digital signal and then delays the digital signal to be uplink-output to the digital/optical converter(221). The signal uplink converter(22) converts an IF signal downlink-output from the digital delay module(21) into an RF signal. The power amplifier power-amplifies and downlink-outputs an RF signal from the signal uplink converter(22), thereby transmitting the RF signal to the switch.
