A call service method in a mobile communication system and a system for the same are provided to secure various subscribers for each call service and enlarge the profitability by implementing separated call services according to types of voice, SMS, and data information. If a call setup request is generated from a mobile terminal(100)(S201), an MSC(Mobile Switching Center)(300) analyzes the call type(S202). If the call type is acquired, the MSC transmits a call setup request message to an HLR(Home Location Register)(400), including the acquired call type and the MIN(Mobile Identification Number) and MDN(Mobile Directory Number) of the mobile terminal(S203). Receiving the call setup request message, the HLR compares the call type contained in the received message with a call type acquired from a call service field value previously registered in the supplemental service table of the mobile terminal(S204). If matched, the HLR processes the call setup request(S205). |
