The device has parallel straight electrical conductors placed in an insulating medium e.g. air, and supplied by a high frequency voltage that produces thrust on each conductors, in a same direction. The conductors are connected together to form rack type plane sheets i.e. electromagnetic interaction bases. The sheets are separated by the medium that serves as a mechanical maintenance, where thickness of the medium is equal to one-fourth of a ratio of a propagation speed of an electromagnetic wave in the medium, with a power frequency. The conductors are placed in superconductivity conditions.
