The building has a rotating projector, heating and ventilating circuit, wetting system and a hollow trunk (1) equipped with habitable levels (4). Branches (2) are connected to the trunk and has a receptacle (7) filled with soil to receive vegetation. A habitable base (3) is placed along and at end of the branches and is provided with a basin, swimming pool, balneotherapy aquatic surface (11), fountain and water jet. A motor (3a) rotates the base at variable speed. A vertical lift (9) and an entrance tunnel/staircase/escalator (10) are placed in the branches and provide access to the base.
