A structure for an intake manifold of an engine for a vehicle is provided to promote atomization of fuel by maximizing flow speed within 30seconds after starting the vehicle. A structure for an intake manifold of an engine for a vehicle comprises a surge tank(12) and runners(21). The surge tank is connected with a throttle tool to stabilize movement of intake air introduced from the throttle tool. The runners are integrally connected with the surge tank and individually communicate with combustors of each cylinder of the engine. A valve device(30) is provided at one side of the runners to vary cross sectional area of the runner. The runner has a double layer structure and the cross sectional area of the runner has a rectangular shape. The valve device includes a valve shaft(31) installed across the runners, a cam(32) and a driving motor(33). The cam is installed at the valve shaft to continuously vary the cross sectional area of the runner. The driving motor is installed at one end of the valve shaft to rotate the cam.
