<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oligonucleotide set suitable for quickly and comprehensively detecting at least two kinds of diarrhea-causing viruses. <P>SOLUTION: This oligonucleotide set capable of quickly and comprehensively detecting at least two kinds of diarrhea-causing viruses is provided by containing a polynucleotide encoding each of ≥2 kinds selected from a hexon gene of adenovirus, a 5'untranslated region of enterovirus, a DNA polymerase gene of herpes simplex virus type I, a glycoprotein gene of herpes simplex virus type II, a VP4 gene of group A rotavirus, a VP4 gene of group C rotavirus, a protease gene of astrovirus, a 5'untranslated region of hepatitis A virus, a surface glycoprotein gene of coronavirus and a VP1 gene of aichivirus, or an oligonucleotide hybridizing with the part of them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
