<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption of an address bus of a 1-chip microcomputer by a pull-up resistor in an electronic device having a CMOS memory connected to the 1-chip microcomputer. <P>SOLUTION: When a reset signal is input to a latch 7, a bus 2 and a line Li are pulled up by pull-up resistors RA0-RA20 since transistors TR0-TR20 are ON by the low-level output of the latch. When a CS signal generated by an address decoder 5 is input to the latch 7, the bus 2 and the line Li is separated from a power source since the transistors TR0-TR20 are OFF by the high-level output of the latch 7. After generation of the SC signal, the current to the pull-up resistors RA0-RA20 becomes 0. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
