PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the fall-off of a thrust lining due to centrifugal force. SOLUTION: This torque fluctuation absorbing device comprises a hysteresis device 80 consisting of the thrust lining 81, a thrust plate 82 and a cone spring 83. On the friction face of a driving side rotating member which is subjected to friction with the thrust lining 81, a stepped portion 82b is provided for suppressing the movement of the thrust lining 81 to the radial outside. A point of force of applying the cone spring 83 to the thrust plate 82 is arranged on the side of the outer diameter beyond the center of the thrust lining 81 in the radial direction.
