PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely supply conditioned-air, which is blown from an air-conditioning unit 20, to a rear part of a vehicle compartment while sufficiently securing a space of occupants in the vehicle compartment R2, in an air-conditioning device A for a vehicle having an air-conditioning unit 20 which conditions air taken from the vehicle compartment R2 of the vehicle or the outside of the vehicle compartment R2 and then blowing out the air. SOLUTION: An air-conditioner for a vehicle comprises: a rear duct 62 for cooling extended from the air-conditioning unit 20 to a rear side of vehicle and connected to a rear ventilator 54 formed in the rear end part of a floor console; and a second blowing fan 50 disposed along the rear duct 62 for cooling and increasing the velocity of the air flowing in the rear duct 62 for cooling.
