A hook ( 4 ) for a hearing aid ( 1 ) provides a sound passage for transmitting the sound emanating from an output transducer of the hearing aid. The hook is composed of different parts ( 4 a , 4 b , 4 c) made from materials with different mechanical properties. This provides a damping means for damping mechanical vibrations. The invention further provides a hearing aid with a hook.
