<p>Compositions and methods for treating hyperandrogenism and conditions associated therewith, including polycystic ovary syndrome are disclosed. The invention is directed to methods for treating hyperandrogenism and conditions associated therewith, in a subject comprising administering a fatty acid ester of an estrogen or an estrogen derivative.
