An apparatus for preventing a telematics terminal in a vehicle from being robbed is provided to prevent the telematics terminal from robbery by making a warning alarm sound when a center fascia is separated. An apparatus for preventing a telematics terminal in a vehicle from being robbed comprises a housing(110) placed at a center fascia of the vehicle. A first housing bracket(120) is placed at an upper surface of the housing, and a second housing bracket(130) is placed at a lower surface of the housing to support the housing. First and second semi-circular plate rotating sections(140,150) are placed at upper and lower surfaces of an inner part of the housing, respectively. First and second semi-circular plates(160,170) are connected to rotating shafts of the first and second semi-circular plate rotating sections, respectively.
