FIELD: preparing of fresh garlic for storage and further usage in space feeding. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves washing inspected garlic at predetermined mode parameters in sweet water; holding in suspension of preparation produced from biomass of Mortierella lignicola micromycet by predetermined process; drying; dividing into cloves; wiping with ethyl alcohol solution; exposing to ultraviolet radiation; packaging each 5 cloves in smoking paper and placing in polymer trays. ^ EFFECT: prolonged shelf life of fresh garlic. |
