<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of suppressing the occurrence of an event where a multifunctional device cannot acquire permission data. <P>SOLUTION: The multifunctional device system 2 includes a server 10 and three multifunctional devices 30, 32, 34. The server 10 and the multifunctional devices 30, 32 store correspondence information 50, where a user ID 52 is associated with the permission data 56 concerning the multifunctional device function available for the user.
