<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow each user to easily select a desired file from a variety of print job files by means of a simpler arrangement and print it and to enhance the efficiency of developing software by simplifying data and a program for managing the files. <P>SOLUTION: User boxes for each user are formed inside a private/suspended job box and a quick/proof & hold job box. When either of the job boxes is selected according to the nature of the subject of printing, only one kind of box for each user is displayed. If a new user name and a password are set on a screen displayed at the press of an editing button under a state where a custom box is selected and opened, sub boxes with the user name are formed in two job storage boxes and in a facsimile box, and cells are added to a user connection list for each of the sub boxes in those boxes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
