PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel for information display which displays information, such as an image, by sealing at least one or more kinds of electric field drivable display media into cells formed of partition walls or capsules between two substrates, at least one of which is transparent and which face each other and have electrodes, and imparting the electric field to the display media to move the display media, and is made displayable of an information display screen of an arbitrary size in an arbitrary place of an information display element. SOLUTION: The panel for information display is constituted of a display panel section 12 which is arranged on a front side, a driving circuit 13 which is arranged on the back side of the display panel section, and inputs a signal to the display panel section, and a cable which connects the display panel section and the driving circuit. The information is displayed by laying out the information display screen at an arbitrary size in the arbitrary position of the information display element of the display panel section 12, and the display contents are occasionally changed over.
