PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing method capable of improving a toner transfer rate, and restraining an increase in energy loss and a heat crack of glass and to provide a printing device. SOLUTION: The printing method includes at least; the step of charging a photoreceptor 15, the step of forming an image pattern by exposing the charged photoreceptor 15, the step of developing the image pattern, formed on the photoreceptor 15, with toner 14, the step of transferring the toner 14, developed on the photoreceptor 15, to an intermediate transfer body 19, the step of applying an organic solvent to the toner 14 transferred to the intermediate transfer body 19, and the step of transferring the toner 14, to which the organic solvent has been applied, to the transparent plate-like body 11.
