PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pronunciation learning support device and a pronunciation learning support program, capable of learning pronunciation used in a desired region. SOLUTION: In an electronic dictionary device 1, a dictionary data base 85a of an English-Japanese dictionary " Rea○s" about American English is designated. That is, when a learning object word "blessed" is input by operation of a letter key 13c etc. (Fig.(b)), after " America" is designated as a learning object nation of pronunciation (Fig.(a)), pronunciation symbol data and explanation information data of a index word corresponding to the learning object word "blessed" are displayed (Fig.(c)). When a pronunciation learning key 13j is operated, user voice data are generated from user voice which is input in a recording section 4 (Fig.(d)). Based on the user voice data and a model voice data corresponding to the learning object nation "America" of pronunciation, frequency of the user voice and the model voice is analyzed, and after these analysis results are compared and evaluated, the evaluation result is displayed on a display 10 (Fig.(e)).
