PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-refrigerant heat exchanger having high heat exchanger effectiveness. SOLUTION: The water-refrigerant heat exchanger 1 comprises an inner tube 12 in which second fluid 15 flows, and an outer tube 11 storing the inner tube 12, wherein first fluid 14 flows between the inner tube 12 and the outer tube 11. The outer tube 11 has a supporting wall 13 supporting the inner tube 12 along the longitudinal direction. The supporting wall 13 supports the inner tube 12 in which the second fluid flows, inside the outer tube 11 to reduce the pressure loss of the first fluid 14, resulting in the water-refrigerant heat exchanger 1 having high heat exchanger effectiveness.
