PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly execute a process from the insertion of a token to a state where a game media can be dispensed, in a game medium dispensing system using an IC token. SOLUTION: This game medium dispensing system used in a game parlor and using the IC token which stores dispensing information related to the dispensing of the game media, is provided with: an IC token processing device which has a casing, a rotational disk having a retention part for accepting and retaining the inserted IC token on its circumference, rotationally turning in the casing and transferring the stored IC token along the internal circumferential face of the casing, a reader/writer reading the information of the IC token retained in the rotational disk, and a storage part for storing the IC tokens; and an information memory part memorizing dispensing information of the IC token read by the reader/writer. The information memory part memorizes the dispensing information of the IC tokens stored in the uppermost part of the storage part provided in the IC token processing device.
